Sewer Repair or Addition
I take the utmost care with every task, especially when it comes to excavation. Underground utilities like gas, water, or electrical lines can be anywhere, so safety and precision are critical. In this job, I cut out and replaced the original concrete, upgrading the plumbing from 2-inch to 3-inch to properly accommodate a new toilet installation.

Air Curtain Replacement
I replaced this air curtain for a restaurant here in Los Angeles. These units aren’t particularly heavy, and swapping in the same brand makes for a quick and efficient replacement.

100 amp to 200 amp Panel
This client was experiencing lighting issues due to old knob-and-tube wiring still present in the attic. We started by upgrading the electrical panel to better distribute the load, which immediately resolved several problems. Full house rewiring is scheduled next to ensure everything is up to modern code and safely powered.

Subfacia Repairs
On this project, I replaced all the subfascia with pressure-treated wood in preparation for a full roof replacement. We repaired sections of rotted shiplap, then finished the job with a clean, white torch down roof.
